- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Most rude collection agency I've ever dealt with. I hate it, but sometimes, even when making a payment, you will get sent to collections. I've always been able to work well with other collectors. They are just doing their job. I have a great relationship with works and lentz and mbs. I make regular payments to these people, but this company is downright rude. When I explained to the young man that I have an interview for a second job tomorrow, and as soon as I get a 1st check, they will receive a payment, he went on to tell me I wasn't cooperating because I wouldn't tell him my address. He should have my address. I'm not 100 percent sure who you are, no way in hell I'm giving you my address over the phone . He was rude and hung up on me. So unprofessional.
