- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Just left this store. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Went to ship a package back to AT&T. The girl working did not know how to do her job. There was a long line. One lady had to tell her how to send a 2 page fax, cause the fax machine wouldn't see the page size. The customer had to tell the worker how to copy the paper to fax. When I went to ship my package she was REALLY rude. She look a the package then ask me the account number. I didn't have account number. She said name. I said it's on package. She said she couldn't do without account number. I said,I would come back when someone knows how to send it. She then keep mouthing I know how to do it while I was walking out the store. I left there then went to UPS store at the farm shopping center. Said to the lady at the counter I need to ship back to AT&T. She NEVER asked for a account number and got everything she needed to get packing label ready for my package to be shipped without asking anything. GUESS THE GIRL WORKING HERE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DO HER JOB. Worst customer service ever. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The customer service is horrible at this store. They sent the wrong packages to the wrong places, even after they had us fill out a form saying what was in the box and where it was going. The packages needed to be at their destinations on those specific dates and the store manager didn't want to step up and take responsibility for her mistake and overnight the packages so they would be there on time because it would cost her $180.00. The store manager there shouldn't even be a manager let alone work there. We called to talk to the manager and she kept having her employees talk to us. I would give this place ZERO stars, but it won't let me post this if i don't rate it. Please, refrain from using this UPS store.
