- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆watched the mail carrier put a missed delivery slip in my mailbox when he never bothered leaving his vehicle and coming to my door. Tried to call to complain but the phone is off the hook with a busy signal. Tried to e-mail a complaint to USPS customer service but when I submitted the complaint it threw me an error and told me to try again later. Just ridiculous...By Jen Glemboski, August 15, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give them zero stars I would. They don't answer the phone. They're rude. They lose packages. The one time they did answer the phone they hung up on me. I don't even live in Tulsa anymore and this post office keeps redirecting the mail of someone in my old neighborhood to my house in a completely different county.
