  This company contacted me about a past due medical bill. The debt wasn't even mine, the debt belonged to my ex wife. The people I spoke to on the phone were very rude, hateful, and disrespectful. Their customer service falls short in every way. All this company wants is money, they don't care who they have to hurt or step on to get it. They have no respect for the people they go after. They won't even take the time to do a proper investigation. They get an idea in their heads, they see dollar signs, and they hit the ground running with no thought for anyone in their way. I had to hire a lawyer in the end, and we won the case, because this company has no real knowledge of Oklahoma law concerning marriage/separation. They did manage to steal over $500 dollars from me via wage garnishment. The only way to get that money back is file a litigation suit for wrongful wage garnishment. Although it's tempting to see them look stupid in court (AGAIN), I really can't justify spending another $1500 in attorney fees to get back my $500. The people at this company give the term "vampire" a whole new meaning.

  Very RUDE agency. I am filing a complaint against them with everyone I can. This company uses illegal and unethical ways to retrieve debts, scare tactics, threatening remarks and illegally trying to report your name to the credit bureau before the 30 days they're LEGALLY required to notify you! You reap what you sow.

  This company called me b/c of a billing mistake that was not my fault. The company who sent it in cleared it up in a matter of minutes. However the bill collectors were very rude. The basically called me a liar. After the problem was fixed the would not apologize but hung up on me. The people who work there don't seem to be highly educated but that is not an excuse. If I was a business I would never use this company. I can't imagine they collect much money by harrassing people. I think working with people would be a much better idea.

  Very hateful workers! I found that even the supervisor was rude! After trying to clear things up with this company they hung up on me called me a liar basically and were rude and unapologetic! Instead of doing what they can to help all they did was argue and get hateful!I think they need new employees. This wasn't the first incident I had with this company. The lady I talked to was hateful and argued with me then just hung up. When I called back I politely asked if I could speak with someone else she said no and hung up! They call this a business?
