  I would honestly give them 0 stars. They are the most rudest collection company out there. They are very unprofessional. I understand that I owe a debt. But when I ask for them to do everything through mail because they have harassed me to the point of me having to get on anxiety meds. It's bad. The guy in which I can not name because of legal purposes is so unprofessional and he told me today that they are a collection company so there will be friction on the calls. I told them I only get child support and they want me to pay them with that. So I'm definitely filing a complaint with CFPB because what they are doing is wrong and not right per CFPB laws. I'm also going to talk to an attorney and see what my options are. THIS IS SO WRONG!!

  Extremely rude in the beginning. Told me I had to pay them in full immediately or else all these terrible things would happen and they told me they don't offer payment plans. Then I started calling in and telling them "I'm calling to pay towards my final balance, I can only pay $100 today and that is all I'm authorizing." Once they saw that I was making payments here and there as I could, they offered me a payment plan and I agreed to automatic withdraws and they were then able to work with me FINALLY after weeks of threats. Obviously, not a fun company to deal with.
