- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went to this branch at 4:25pm to cash a check issued by an account holder at Bank of Oklahoma only to be told they would not cash it because their lobby was closed. They politely referred me to another branch that was open and incredibly inconvenient for me. Why would you close your lobby during normal business hours anyway? Why would anyone even want to open an account with a bank that has terrible hours? I've been treated much better at Tulsa Federal Credit Union plus they don't have an illegal check cashing policy governing checks issued by their own institution. I would ignore the other reviews at google maps. They are generic and probably put there by the staff of BOK of which I am most definitely NOT. I assume they have pretty high turnover with their clerks as well, I hardly ever see the same ones more than a couple times...maybe they ARE being promoted and assigned to another location...but do YOU really think that?By Tim Shadley, September 23, 2017
