    i set up an acct online and went into the branch just to get my temp card and was told it would be a 30 min wait. She suggested i make an appt? even the teller who was nice and wanted to help me until she heard the acct rep say how long the wait time was. She didnt have anyone at her desk and no one else was waiting . i was on my lunch break so i didnt have that kind of time. Guess all try another branch.
