- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★They deserve 10 stars for excellent customer service at 51st & Sheridan location in Tulsa OK. Michelle greeted me with a smile & immediately put me on the wait list. Joey, the Relationship Manager, was courteous & professional. Joey patiently explained everything in detail, answering all my questions while my 2 year old granddaughter was curiously roaming all over his office. Talk about multi-tasking. The teller who handled my transactions was equally as personable & friendly. This was the 1st bank I've been to in a very long time where I walked out feeling that my business, no matter how small, was appreciated & important. Choosing a bank is not something I take lightly.
