    I always get quick and friendly service when using the drive through. Sometimes if the deposit counselor doesn't know the answer to my question, they know who I should ask. I only had one experience where the deposit counselor didn't know who I should ask and couldn't help me.

    Consecutively the slowest service I've ever seen. I have closed all my accounts with Arvest and moved to a different bank with excellent customer service. If you like your Arvest bank accounts do not go to this branch it will make you want to close your accounts.
