  I was notified by Arvest about suspicious activity, i.e. cruise packages being purchased online. First, I was impressed that the bank caught it before I did, considering how many accts they have to watch over. They were helpful with telling me what I needed to do, and the process of clearing it up, cancelling the card, and getting a new card went quite smoothly. I have no idea how it happened, but since bank cards are handed over and walked out of sight at restaurants and what not, I requested the spending acct card. This card is a really good idea. Money cannot be drained from my main pot of gold. This card only has the amount of money I load into it. There is no overdraft protection so when the limited amount of funds I put in there are gone, transactions are declined. You won't have someone draining extra with it. When funds get low in the spending acct, I reload the desired amount. This card is in addition to my other regular cards. I do not keep enough in this acct for anyone to charge cruises. I keep just enough for 3 or 4 weeks worth of transactions that I typically make with dinners, gas, etc. I can keep track of transactions made with the spending acct card in the same way as my other bank cards. Hats off to Arvest for coming up with the idea for the spending account card.I can continue use of card transactions without fear of someone obtaining the card information for use with unauthorized purchases and draining my entire acccount. My main account balance is seperate and safe.

  The worst ever ! Closing my account with Arvest. Do not like their policy and customer service. It is absolutely the worst.
