- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Lost a package (it's been in Tulsa since 10/26 and it is now 10/28) and while it was nice that they claimed ownership (the corporate people) of losing said item I would have appreciated even more if this location (I get all of the packages delivered here) and the delivery person had at least made an attempt to look for the package since I'm sure it's small and just fell behind something (the response email was sent entirely too fast for them to have looked). Now I have to wait for the return of the money i spent (at least that went easy because of them claiming ownership), repurchase (it's now $1 more) it, and wait again for the package to be redelivered...hopefully this one doesn't get lost too.By Alicia W, August 11, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you must drop a package here, GET A RECIPT. They were rude and unhelpful when a package that I dropped off was not scanned into UPS system two weeks later. My advice is to take your package to the store at 101st and Mingo. It's not that far away and they have never lost any of my packages.By Jarad Reed, October 27, 2016
