- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I specifically made an appointment, so I would not have to waste a lot of time sitting around... 20 minutes of waiting after my supposed appointment time, another family came in for THEIR appointment, and waited all of 2 minutes... 30 minutes after my "appointment", while I'm still waiting... I was asked "would you like me to call another branch to see if they could get you in faster"?? I thought that was the purpose OF an appointment???!??? Then they have the gall to call, leave a voice mail (because I was driving home, tired of waiting) to say "come on back in, but you'd better hurry... we take our last appointment at 730. (my original appointment was for 630, they called to say come back in at 7:05).By Dj P., July 21, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Gayle Dodson was extremely helpful in getting our taxes filed and the most benefits for us. It was a Sunday so, of course, it was slow and towards the end of the day. My fiance had brought up an issue we had at the 21st and sheridan store, and she stayed with us after hours to help remedy it. We will be back for her next year!By Catherine Boucher, June 09, 2017
