- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆VERY SKETCHY AND SENSELESS, TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called to ask about a bicycle that was stolen from my friend. It's a unique bike. If it were there, it would be easy to figure out. The woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and refused to check if the bike might be there. She also tried to advise me not to call other pawn shops as she thinks no one will be helpful. This is the only place so far that has been rude to me.
