- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆First time there for three hour then told i needed all marriage license and divorce papers to transfer from one state to here. She was very rude. - ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Made a modification online to change our drive test appoinment. Apparently even though I had a confirmation screen it did not go through. They are so understaffed that the lady said they could not do 2 test at 10:00. They space them out a hour apart for a 10 minute drive. They are always booked with appointments so you can never do a walk in. Call help line they where no help. Told me to call a supervisor. Called supervisor and got a fac time 3 times. At this rate my child will be 30 before she gets a license. ****Updating to 3 stars because I called and talked to the supervisor. Explained my situation and he let us return and test today.
