- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My family and I literally wasted 2 hours of our lives in this place. We weren't given all of the correct information on documents to bring which resulted in me being turned away. They entered my husband's info and took his picture and all he got was a paper to take somewhere else. After 2 hours, neither of us walked away with anything of value and the workers were rude. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Called a day ahead to make sure I had the correct documentation, and when I got there Mr. Buckner wouldn't take our state insurance card because it was printed and not a hard copy. I even offered to log into our insurance account. He was incredibly rude and refused to look at the rest of my documents to ensure the next time I came in I had everything correct. I also have to agree with other reviewers about the laziness. My son put our number on the desk and Mr. Buckner refused to even reach to get it. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was put on hold for 15 minutes then rang again then put on hold for another 5. If you want to do a drivers test AT ALL, or permit test without spending your ENTIRE DAY you have to wake up at; or stay up till 6 AM. Then sit outside in the line until it opens two hours later. Despite this, on the drivers test i lve read the ratio of passing is 3/10 so be prepared to do this another 5-7 times. "barely failed" because my parallel parking was too close to one cone Rude service and id recommend trying any other place than this even if its a two hour drive. if it takes 2 hours to help 10 people you should probably look into having more than 3 staff members 2 of which are at a deskBy Kaszmar Lambert, November 19, 2016
